Holding the OK button on the steering wheel prompts the system to request Storage Mode, and turning off the vehicle fully engages it. The process takes only seconds.
According to Mopar, this setting is available on 2026 models and was pushed to some 2025 trucks via software updates. It temporarily disables non-essential electrical features that draw power while the truck is parked. This approach is distinct from older trickle chargers or disconnecting the battery, as it keeps the vehicle connected to the network but cuts power to specific modules.
