The 2027 Honda Accord has received a subtle facelift and a price hike in Australia. The updated model is now priced from $65,900 drive-away, which is a $1000 increase from the previous model.
Despite the price increase, the new Accord does not include any additional features, such as heated front seats, which are offered in cars like the $26,990 Chery Tiggo 4 SUV. The Accord’s styling changes include body-coloured lower trims and headlight garnishes, rather than gloss-black, and a black insert on its lower front bumper.
The updated Accord also features a few other changes, including the removal of the US-style amber headlight reflector and the blue outline on its exterior badging. The only change to the Accord’s cabin is the addition of red stitching on the gear shift knob.
The Honda Connect telematics service is now only complimentary for three years with the updated model, rather than five years. This change is in line with other Honda models, such as the Civic and HR-V.

The Accord continues to feature a 135kW/335Nm 2.0-litre non-turbo four-cylinder hybrid system, with combined fuel consumption rated at 4.3 litres per 100 kilometres. The Accord also comes with a range of standard features, including LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, and a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen.
The Accord’s standard features also include a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, an 11.5-inch head-up display, and a 12-speaker Bose premium sound system. The Accord also features a range of safety features, including autonomous emergency braking, lane-keep assist, and adaptive cruise control.
According to the sales data, 59 Accords have been reported as sold year-to-date, fewer than the 84 Honda dealerships currently operating across the country. The 2027 Honda Accord is now on sale in Australia, with a price tag of $65,900 drive-away for the e:HEV RS model.
